a. Shipping: We pride ourselves on shipping within 24 hours and in many cases the same day we receive your package. We will make every effort to ship orders promptly. 

b. Delivery: Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to shipping carriers delays or weather.
